LASSO INC – Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets forth rules governing the use of Lasso Inc.’s software, services, and related systems (“Services”). The Policy protects the security integrity, and availability of our Services and supports compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

2. Applicability

This Policy applies to all users of Lasso Inc. Services, including but not limited to customers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (“Users”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Third-Party Payments. Depending on the payment solution you enable, you may also be bound by the acceptable use policies of Designated Payment Providers (e.g., payment service providers, orchestration platforms, gateways, acquirers) made available via the Services. Use of payment-related features constitutes acceptance of each applicable third-party provider’s terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or sell:

● Controlled substances, narcotics, or related paraphernalia.

● Stolen goods, counterfeit products, or pirated software/media.

● Ammunition, firearms, weapons, or explosives.

● Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content or services.

● Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content.

● Multi-level marketing schemes, “get rich quick” offers, or abusive financial products.

● Gambling, betting, or odds-making services.

● Activities violating card-brand rules, banking requirements, or applicable law.

Additionally, Users are prohibited from:

● Violating any U.S. federal, state, or international law.

● Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.

● Deploying malware, phishing, or harmful code.

● Operating unsolicited communications (“spam”) or using rented/purchased lists.

● Chargeback-avoidance or laundering tactics, including descriptor manipulation, synthetic traffic, or load-balancing across multiple MIDs to evade network/PSP monitoring.

●Abusing the Services in a way that causes excessive strain or disrupts availability for others.

4. Customer Obligations

Users agree to:

● Use Services only in compliance with law and industry standards.

● Maintain valid and provable opt-in consent for all marketing communications.

● Comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other applicable communications laws.

● Respect the privacy of end users and maintain a published privacy policy at least as protective as Lasso’s own.

● Promptly process unsubscribe requests and keep complaint rates below industry standards (currently <0.1% per ISP).

Email/Fax/Voice Broadcast. Unsolicited campaigns via email, fax, or phone are strictly prohibited. Voice broadcasts may not be sent to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without explicit consent.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Lasso Inc. may, in its discretion, monitor use of the Services. Violations may result in:

● Temporary suspension of Services.

● Permanent termination of accounts.

● Assessment of reasonable administrative or reactivation fees, as further described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

● Data will be retained for thirty (30) days following termination (if the account is otherwise in good standing), consistent with the Terms of Service, and may then be deleted.

Legal action to recover damages or seek injunctive relief.

Suspension and termination for non-payment or AUP violations will follow the enforcement timelines set forth in Section 8.7 of the Terms of Service, unless immediate action is required for legal, security, or fraud-related reasons.

Complaints received from ISPs, card networks, anti-spam organizations, or consumers will be investigated. Users are responsible for resolving issues to Lasso’s satisfaction.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement (DMCA)

Lasso complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content hosted through our Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice including the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to:

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Lasso may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user. Users may file a counter-notice; content may be restored unless the copyright owner files suit within 10 business days.

7. Reservation of Rights

Lasso Inc. may terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for activities deemed unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with this Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Distribution of viruses, malware, phishing, or similar harmful activity.

● Marketing or communications to recipients without explicit consent.

● Hosting content that exploits minors, promotes hate, or encourages violence.

● Activities that damage Lasso’s reputation, relationships with payment partners, or compliance status with card brands and banks.

8. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Indemnification. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lasso Inc., its

affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, or liabilities(including attorneys’ fees) arising from their use of the Services or violation of this Policy. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lasso’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Lasso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or data.

9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved under the same arbitration and Delaware law provisions in Section 21 of the Terms of Service.. Where court involvement is required to enforce or confirm an award, the state or federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

Lasso Inc. may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. No Reverse Engineering

User shall not (and shall not permit others to): (a) copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works based on the Services, except as expressly permitted by law; (b) use Lasso’s APIs or integrations to create a competing product or service; or (c) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services. Any such conduct constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and this Policy.

12. Acknowledgment

By using Lasso Inc. Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
